Senior Analyst - Commercial Mortgage Group

Provide support to the Regional Manager and Multifamily Mortgage Bankers Review and process permanent loan requests Provide loan origination and deal structuring support Model loan submissions and determine viability of requests Draft loan applications and prepare submissions to third party capital sources Assist in shepherding loans through due diligence and closing process Requirements Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, or Real Estate 2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, real estate, investment banking or consulting 4+ years of highly relevant experience for senior role High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Strong quantitative and analytical skills Ability to interpret financial data from multiple computer systems Strong organizational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in loan origination, deal structuring, and financial analysis, with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and interpret complex financial data. Proficient in utilizing Excel and PowerPoint for modeling and presentations in the finance and real estate sectors. #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
