MJ Morgan Group is seeking a dedicated Hospice Liaison Nurse in Fairfax, Virginia to spearhead patient admissions through effective collaboration with hospital referral sources. This pivotal role requires a Registered Nurse (RN) with an Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma and at least three years of experience in hospice, critical care, or home health environments.
