Community Manager

Adonis Services

Community Manager

We are looking for a Community Manager to own the culture and community at Adonis. You will be the person who helps make Adonis feel like Adonis: welcoming new teammates, creating moments that bring people together, turning our values into everyday rituals, and making sure the physical environment supports great work. You will report to the VP, Operations & People and partner closely with leaders, the People team, Marketing, and employees across the company.

What You'll Do

Culture & recognition

  • Own the ongoing culture calendar, including monthly company gatherings, lunch & learns, milestone moments, and other ways for people to connect.
  • Build feedback loops with employees and turn what you hear into thoughtful, practical improvements.
  • Own recurring recognition and culture programs, including company Huddles, milestone celebrations, shoutouts, and employee-led rituals.

Community & employee experience

  • Create a warm, high-touch experience for new hires, including first-day and first-month onboarding moments.
  • Serve as a trusted, visible presence in the office and a connective tissue across teams.
  • Partner with employee-led communities and help people find ways to contribute, participate, and build relationships.

Facilities & workplace operations

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the office and building relationship, including access, guests, events, maintenance, and building requirements.
  • Oversee day-to-day facilities operations, including building access, cleaning, kitchen and equipment needs, maintenance requests, and event-related building services.
  • Lead the operating rhythm with our part-time office manager, delegating execution while owning priorities, decisions, and follow-through.
Who You Are
  • You are a natural community builder who brings energy, warmth, and excellent judgment to the room.
  • You are highly organized and comfortable owning many details without losing sight of the experience you are creating.
  • You have experience in community, culture, employee experience, events, hospitality, office operations, or a related role.
  • You are comfortable working across levels and functions, from coordinating details with vendors to partnering with executives.
  • You are proactive and resourceful: you notice what is missing, make a plan, and move it forward.
  • You are comfortable being both the host and the operator, engaging in front of a crowd one minute and solving a facilities issue the next.
