We are seeking dedicated, kindhearted, and energetic individuals to join us as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) . As an RBT at Rise Up for Autism, you'll play an essential role in helping children and families thrive. Our mission is to provide high-quality, compassionate Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services that empower our clients to reach their full potential. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus) Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with children and families Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for making a difference Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and run short distances if needed for client safety Previous experience in ABA, childcare, or education is a plus, but not required-we'll provide full training! #J-18808-Ljbffr
