Certified Surgical Technologist Opportunity

Jackson HealthPros is seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist to expertly assist physicians and nurses in the operating room during surgical procedures. The clinician will prepare the operating room, sterilize and set up equipment, maintain sterile fields, pass instruments, and provide intraoperative support to the surgical team to promote patient safety and efficient case flow. This opportunity is located in Jamaica Plain, MA at a hospital setting.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current certification from a program accredited by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA).
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a certified Surgical Technologist in an operating room environment.
• Experience working in a hospital surgical suite, including preparation and sterilization of instruments and trays.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced OR setting and follow established sterile technique and protocols.
• Must meet any facility-specific onboarding or credentialing requirements applicable to hospital-based surgical staff.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with gastroenterology procedures and instrumentation preferred.
• Prior experience with surgical case turnover and instrument management preferred.

• Shift Hours: 07:00 - 17:30.
• Shift Days: Days.
