Forklift Operator and Material Handler

Responsibilities

• Operate a stand-up or sit-down forklift and a tugger around 50% of the time.
• Scan inventory using an RF scanner.
• Independently lift up to 50 lbs.
• Put away parts and pull kitting.
• Perform standard cleanup and racking.
• 2+ years of experience in forklift operation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or manufacturing facility.

Work Environment

Choose from two shifts: 7 am-3:30 pm or 8 am-5:30 pm with minimal overtime, expecting 40-45 hours per week. Work in a non-climate controlled environment where steel-toed shoes are required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Houston, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
