Role Description: We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist – State Farm Agent Team Member. Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone. Take messages or transfer calls to the appropriate team member. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects. Qualifications: Previous experience in a receptionist role preferred. Communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities.
