Bilingual Onboarding Coordinator

Richardson, TX | 100% Onsite

$22- 24/hr

Monday-Friday | 8:00AM- 5:00PM

ROLE IMPACT

Join a nationally recognized staffing organization specializing in skilled trades professionals. As an Onboarding Coordinator, you'll serve as the bridge between offer acceptance and a candidate's first day on the job. Your ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and remove obstacles will help candidates complete every onboarding requirement while delivering an exceptional experience. Success in this role comes from balancing outstanding customer service with accuracy, urgency, and strong organizational skills in a high-volume environment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be bilingual Spanish

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, HR support, onboarding, recruiting coordination, staffing, or administrative operations.

• Outstanding communication skills with a confident phone presence and the ability to make 30–50 outbound calls daily while building rapport with candidates.

• Patient, professional, and comfortable supporting a blue-collar workforce with empathy, accountability, and a solutions-focused mindset.

CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS

• Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)

• Electronic document management systems

• Background screening, drug screening, and compliance tracking systems

• Online training and learning management systems

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Experience supporting onboarding or recruiting in staffing, skilled trades, construction, manufacturing, logistics, or industrial environments.

• Knowledge of employment onboarding processes including I-9s, tax forms, direct deposit, and new hire documentation.

• Experience managing multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Guide candidates from offer acceptance through deployment by coordinating all onboarding requirements.

• Monitor completion of I-9 documentation, tax forms, direct deposit enrollment, background screenings, drug screenings, and other employment documentation.

• Assign required online safety training and track completion to ensure candidates are job-site ready.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, making 30–50 outbound calls daily to answer questions, provide updates, and remove onboarding obstacles.

• Maintain accurate onboarding records and communicate candidate progress with recruiters to ensure timely starts.
