Home time: 34-hour weekly reset time that falls on either a Saturday & Sunday or Sunday & Monday
Train with a mentor for 150 hours to build your experience
Drivers on this fleet with 1+ years of experience average $83,200 annually - top 10% earn up to $101,556 per year*
Mileage pay
Layover (24 hours) pay: $200 per day
Breakdown (24 hours): $200 per day
Training/retraining pay: $200 per day
Backhaul pickup pay: $25 per load
Clean DOT inspection: $25
Safe & on-time bonus- up to 3% weekly
Top-of-the-line sleeper trucks with automatic transmissions pulling 53' dry van trailers

Route Details:

We are hiring CDL drivers with little to no experience to join our fleet. Start your driving career alongside an experienced mentor, build your skills behind the wheel, and advance to solo driving. Drivers in this fleet complete 3 turns with an average of 3-5 stops per load. This fleet delivers to WI, IA, MN, MI, IN, and Northern KY covering an estimated 970 miles a week.
