Cancellation Policies:

• Travel Clinical Provider Policies:
• Shift Cancellation Policy: Client may cancel one (1) scheduled shift per four (4) week period at no cost to Client, for a maximum of three (3) such canceled shifts during a single thirteen (13) week assignment. Canceled shifts may not be on consecutive days.
• On Assignment Cancellation Policy: Seven (7) days written notice once Clinical Provider has begun their assignment. Should Client be unable to provide such cancellation notice, Client agrees to pay a cancellation fee of one (1) week of guaranteed minimum hours at the Travel Contract Clinical Provider applicable confirmed hourly billing rate.
• Pre-Start Cancellation Policy: Seventy-two (72) hours written notice of cancellation prior to assignment confirmed start date. Should Client or Staffing Agency be unable to provide such cancellation notice, the cancelling party agrees to pay the other party a cancellation fee of one (1) week of guaranteed minimum hours at the Travel Clinical Provider's applicable confirmed hourly billing rate.
• Local Clinical Provider Policies:
• On Assignment Cancellation Policy: Seven (7) days written notice once Clinical Provider has begun their assignment. Should Client be unable to provide such cancellation notice, Client agrees to pay a cancellation fee of one (1) week of guaranteed minimum hours at the Local Contract Clinical Provider applicable confirmed hourly billing rate. No guaranteed payment will apply to block booking of local assignments.
