Qualifications Good overall knowledge of all trades: plumbing, carpentry, tile, electrical. Proper equipment knowledge – knowing what tools are needed for certain tasks. Troubleshooting skills – quick thinker who can examine issues and resolve them promptly and professionally. Excellent communication skills – effective communication with management, office personnel, fellow employees, homeowners, suppliers, property managers, and commercial customers. Presentable appearance – clean‑cut personal appearance, decent vehicle, organized tools. Customer engagement – identify potential repair opportunities, earn customer confidence, and suggest additional work. Punctual, efficient, and holds integrity to achieve highest customer satisfaction. Enjoys being an integral part of a winning team and demonstrates willingness to exceed customer expectations. Compensation $20.00 – $28.00 per hour The 800+ Craftsmen who represent our Brand are the heart and soul of our turn‑key, white‑glove home repair, maintenance, and improvement service. They are skilled and experienced in many trades, and their professionalism and attention to detail set them apart from others in the industry. Most projects are completed for repeat and referral customers; guests highly appreciate our level of service and often request additional work by asking for particular Craftsmen by name.
