We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Renovation Remodeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general remodeling, plumbing and electrical. This role requires attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Execute remodeling projects including kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces.
- Perform generic plumbing and electrical as needed.
- Perform cabinet installation, trim installation.
- Be able to also do other remodeling tasks such as painting, etc.
- Read and interpret instructions to ensure accurate project execution.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the duration of each project.
Requirements
- Proven experience in remodeling or construction-related fields.
- Proficiency in finish plumbing and electrical.
- Ability to provide custom solutions based on client needs.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools commonly used in remodeling work.
- Experience with kitchen and bathroom installation is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective client interaction.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Must Have valid driver's license and car insurance.
