You'll start and end each shift at Warehouse WMO1, perform your own loading/unloading, and follow a GPS-coordinated route through our service area.Key Responsibilities:Pre-Trip Inspection: Conduct DOT-required safety checks (brakes, lights, tires, secure cargo, etc.)Load & Unload: Secure packages and freight with straps or load bars in your truckFollow Your Route: Adhere to GPS directions, planned stops, and all traffic lawsDeliver with Care: Provide professional, courteous service at every deliveryVehicle Maintenance: Keep your box truck clean, fueled, and report any maintenance issues immediatelyCompliance & Reporting: Maintain accurate logs in the ELD system, report delays or safety concerns to managementWhy You'll Love Working Here:Competitive wages, paid time off, and seasonal performance bonusesTuition reimbursement to support your personal and professional growthClear advancement pathways: Lead Driver - Dispatcher - OperationsA true community impact—your work keeps our neighbors connectedQualificationsAs a Box Truck Delivery Driver, You'll Need:Driver's License: Valid Missouri Class E (non-CDL) driver's license (or equivalent state license)Experience: Prior experience driving 26 box trucks, U-Haul, or similar vehiclesDOT Compliance: Ability to pass and maintain a DOT physical, drug & alcohol testing, and hold a current medical cardRegulations Knowledge: Familiarity with FMCSA Hours-of-Service rules and use of Electronic Logging DevicesPhysical Requirements: Able to lift and carry freight up to 75 lbs and perform repetitive loading tasksTech Savvy: Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet for routing and delivery confirmationsWork Ethic: Self-motivated, punctual, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environmentAdditional InformationAll applicant data is kept confidential in accordance with EEO guidelinesBackground check and drug screening required prior to hireEzway Delivery is an equal-opportunity employer
