Our client is currently seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager
Contract-to-Hire Opportunity
Malvern, PA (hybrid--onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays)***local candidates only, W2 only***

• These will be the vertical glue - product discovery, business value, understand use cases and work with solutions architects
• They have about six platforms (Databricks and AWS being the biggest two, Snowflake and Confluence being another two) that they need to combined all platforms into one source so customers don't know which platform they are using and when
• Working with 4-5 different departments: finance, personal wealth, international, workplace technology, distribution business
• They will be in charge of discovery to the end of lifecycle
• Coming from a consulting background is good, or professional/financial services

Responsibilities:

Senior Technical Product Manager (Forward Deployment Lead)

Lead product manager for forward-deployed engagements, responsible for bridging business needs, SI delivery teams, and enterprise platform capabilities.

This individual will lead product discovery and solution discovery activities across forward deployment engagements, working directly with System Integrators (SIs), business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to define use cases, translating requirements into actionable platform and data product capabilities, and ensure successful delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

Serve as the day-to-day product lead for the team pilot engagement and future forward deployed pods.

Lead product intake, opportunity assessment, and prioritization across one or more forward deployment engagements.

Partner directly with SIs and business stakeholders to identify business problems, define success criteria, and shape solution approaches.

Translate business and delivery needs into detailed platform, architecture, and data product requirements.

Drive problem discovery and solution discovery activities, ensuring initiatives are tied to measurable outcomes and adoption goals.

Own and maintain the engagement backlog/milestones (not stories), roadmap, priorities, and sequencing of work.

Facilitate decision-making across stakeholders, architects, engineers, and delivery teams.

Identify platform gaps, reusable patterns, and improvement opportunities emerging from field implementations, feeding learnings back into the Integrated Data Platform roadmap.

Establish and govern intake, prioritization, communication, and stakeholder management processes for the forward deployment model.

Qualifications:

Ideal profile: Experienced technical product manager with deep expertise in data platforms, data products, enterprise architecture, and cross-functional delivery. Comfortable operating in highly ambiguous environments, influencing senior stakeholders, and working directly with engineering and consulting partners
