• Operate a vehicle safely and efficiently to deliver packages and products to designated addresses within McComb and surrounding regions
• Navigate diverse terrain, including multi-story buildings and various weather conditions, while maintaining professional composure and safety standards
• Read maps and utilize navigational tools to locate addresses accurately and optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency
• Perform vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks to ensure the delivery vehicle remains in safe, roadworthy condition
• Manage time effectively to meet delivery schedules and performance targets while maintaining a flexible, adaptable approach to route changes
• Interact professionally and courteously with customers, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns with empathy and transparency
• Organize and secure packages appropriately during transport to prevent damage and loss
• Maintain accurate delivery records and communicate proactively with dispatch regarding any issues or delays

• Minimum age of 18 years
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record that meets company standards
• Access to an insured vehicle approved for commercial delivery use
• Proven navigational skills with the ability to read maps and locate addresses accurately
• Strong time management and organizational abilities to meet delivery schedules consistently
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Physical capability to handle package loading, unloading, and delivery tasks
