Delivery Driver

Part-Time Delivery Driver / Food Service Associate

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Part-Time Delivery Driver / Food Service Associate to transport prepared meals to local schools. This position is responsible for loading, organizing, and delivering food orders while providing professional service to school kitchen staff. This is a part-time, local driving position with no interaction with students.

Typical Schedule: 8:00 AM 12:00 PM, with the possibility of working until 2:00 PM based on daily workload and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Review the daily driver sheet to determine delivery orders and routes.
• Pull prepared food from refrigerators and warming units based on daily orders.
• Organize food by school to ensure accurate deliveries.
• Load and unload food safely into and out of the delivery van.
• Follow assigned local delivery routes and deliver meals on schedule.
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.
• Provide courteous and professional service while interacting with school kitchen managers and staff.
• Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
• If deliveries are completed early, there may be an opportunity to assist with food preparation and other kitchen duties to gain additional hours.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move food containers throughout the shift.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to follow written instructions and delivery routes.

Requirements

• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Must pass a background check (no sex offender convictions).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Part-time schedule: Typically 8:00 AM 12:00 PM, with the possibility of working until 2:00 PM depending on delivery volume and business needs.
• Local driving onlyhome every day. No overnight travel required.
