Mortgage Disbursement Specialist

Keystone Funding is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Portfolio Specialist (Mortgage) to support the movement of loans from closing through funding and investor delivery. This position plays a key role inside the operational side of the mortgage business, helping ensure disbursement activity is completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule each day. You’ll work across multiple internal teams while managing time-sensitive financial processes tied to loan funding, warehouse banking activity, and post-closing coordination. We are looking for someone who enjoys process-driven work, operates with urgency and precision, and can confidently manage multiple priorities in a deadline-focused environment. Compensation & Benefits • $55,000 – $60,000 base salary, depending on experience • Performance bonus opportunities • Medical, dental, and vision coverage • 401(k) with company match • Paid Time Off Responsibilities: Loan Funding Coordination • Manage daily funding activity for mortgage loans • Coordinate wire requests and confirm funding details • Review funding information for accuracy and completeness • Communicate with warehouse banks and internal departments regarding funding status • Monitor warehouse line balances and assist with utilization tracking • Help ensure funding deadlines are met without delays or errors Operational & Post-Closing Support • Assist with collateral tracking and post-closing processes • Support investor delivery preparation and documentation management • Maintain organized and accurate operational records • Help resolve funding-related issues and escalations quickly • Work closely with operations and secondary teams to keep transactions moving efficiently Systems & Process Management • Update and maintain information within mortgage and banking platforms • Support operational reporting and reconciliation processes • Assist leadership with tracking funding volume and activity • Contribute to workflow improvements and operational organization Qualifications: What We’re Looking For • Strong attention to detail and follow-through • Ability to stay organized in a fast-moving environment • Comfortable handling sensitive financial information • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and technology platforms Preferred Background • Experience in mortgage operations, real estate title operations, banking, loan processing, funding, or financial services • Exposure to warehouse lending, MERS, or post-closing operations is a plus • Familiarity with mortgage software systems such as Encompass or Mortgage Director is helpful but not required Compensation: $55,000 – $60,000
