Job Description Oversee and manage up to 8 client accounts located throughout Northeast Ohio Serve as the primary property manager and point of contact for all designated accounts Provide leadership over site performance, including budgeting, staffing, and maintenance operations Coordinate and manage subcontractor relationships to ensure quality and compliance Cultivate strong client relationships and ensure adherence to all contractual obligations Ensure all facilities services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with client expectations Drive operational excellence through cost-effective strategies, process improvement initiatives, and a commitment to customer satisfaction Key Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial facilities or property management Proven track record overseeing commercial properties Strong experience managing contractual obligations, budgets, and subcontracts #J-18808-Ljbffr
