Physician Pediatrics - Competitive Salary

Job Description

Job Overview

  • Join a well-established pediatric group with a strong patient base
  • Collaborative team including physicians, NPs, PAs, and in-house mental health professionals
  • Modern clinic setup with full administrative and EMR support
  • 4.5-day work week for better work-life balance
  • Rotational weekend and call coverage
  • Newborn nursery rounds only (No NICU or deliveries)
  • Inpatient admissions handled by hospitalists
Compensation & Incentives
  • Guaranteed Salary: $200,000 – $225,000 (first 2 years)
  • Production bonus opportunity
  • Sign-on & Relocation Bonus: Up to $50,000
  • Paid Time Off

  • 401(k) with Company Match
Qualifications
  • MD or DO
  • Board-Certified / Board-Eligible in Pediatrics
  • Eligible for Louisiana medical license
  • Passion for patient-centered pediatric care
  • New graduates are welcome to apply
