McCarthy Tire Service is looking for a Full-Time OTR Tire Technician to join our Rochester, NY team.

Responsibilities
- Mount, dismount, repair, and service OTR, industrial, and commercial tires.
- Perform on-site service calls, including occasional evenings and weekends.
- Safely operate mini boom, tandem boom, and other service equipment.
- Maintain accurate service records and communicate with customers and team members.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of OTR tire experience preferred; training available for the right candidate.
- Experience with small, large, and industrial OTR tires preferred.
- Mini boom or tandem boom truck experience preferred.
- TIA and/or ETS certification preferred, but not required.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable MVR.
- Strong commitment to safety and customer service.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
