We are currently seeking a reliable, motivated, and bilingual  Onsite Manager to join our team in Miami Lakes, FL. The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory, staffing, or onsite management experience and the ability to effectively lead, support, and communicate with employees and client department managers.

This is a  PM shift position, Monday through Friday, from 3:15 PM to 12:30 AM . Flexibility is essential, as the manager may occasionally be required to arrive earlier or stay later based on operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide day-to-day support to assigned employees.
• Monitor and track employee attendance, punctuality, and overall performance.
• Coach employees regarding attendance, performance, and workplace expectations.
• Address employee issues and assist with disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Serve as a positive role model and leader for all employees.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with department managers and client representatives.
• Communicate effectively with employees, management, and internal branch staff.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information.
• Assist with resolving employee concerns and workplace issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and client expectations are consistently followed.
• Maintain accurate records and complete necessary administrative tasks.
• Work closely with branch management and internal staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory, onsite management, staffing, or team-lead experience preferred.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English – verbal and written.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn and utilize company systems.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Excellent attendance and a strong sense of reliability.
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Ability to interact effectively with employees and management at all levels.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Must be flexible with working hours based on business needs.
• Must be able to work Monday through Friday, 3:15 PM – 12:30 AM .
• Must pass a 7-year criminal background check and drug test .
• Verifiable past employment references are required.
