Senior Product Manager - Enterprise Networking Services

Enterprise customers demand high quality and differentiated service options, and timely service response to meet their business demands. Our team is responsible for the Enterprise Service portfolio of service products, service tools, enablement training, service renewals and metrics globally to support our worldwide Enterprise Customers! We are also responsible to identify and own the networking service pipeline, which includes services that are currently being planned or crafted. You will lead a significant portion of this networking services portfolio, driving it as a business including publishing status, metrics and service transition planning. Additionally, we deliver competitive analysis supporting the service catalog, which reflects existing services available to end users and/or partners, as well as retired services, which are formerly available services which have been taken out of active deployment.What you'll be doing:Develop service products by identifying potential service offerings, generating requirements and specifications, inclusive of services pricing as well as driving service benchmarkingDefine Service New Product Introduction processes, strategy, service requirements and policy development for Data Center Networking industryEvaluate customer ecosystem, analyze the technology and business resources and identify data center networking specific services requirementsYou will be responsible for networking service adoption, renewal rate increase, end user happiness and net promoter score improvement will be how you will measure your success in this roleWhatweneedtosee:Masters or equivalent experience in business and/or technical field8+ years of previous experience in networking and services product management related fieldResults driven, capable of working in both a strategic and tactical environment, with ability to influence at all levels of the service businessInteractive, engaged both internally and externally across sales, service and operations teams, and with global partner communityDetailed understanding of Service Structures, Service Operations, pricing, positioning and various routes to marketDeep understanding of channel strategy, management and development of service partners, including all aspects of delivery, operations and process design excellenceExtensive experience in design and delivering appropriate systems and enablement requirements in support of service initiativesExcellent communications and presentation skills, highly analytical and detail orientedSignificant experience in multifaceted field organizationWaystostandoutfromthecrowd:Prior experience and demonstrated leadership in services industry and understand their ecosystems and key playersPrior experiences in enterprise services, especially in networking solutions spaceAbility to be actively engaged, work in areas that may be outside the standard job description to accomplish the job.Good understanding of AI productivity tools usage in Enterprise Product Management and Marketing functionsGood track record in leading multi-functional teams, driving and delivering business crucial service initiativesNVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the world’s most desirable employers.
