Pay: $17.50 Per Hour
Duration: Temp-to-Hire

Position Overview

Our client in Elkton, MD is seeking a reliable and hardworking Utility Worker to join their team. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position with a daytime schedule of 7:00 AM-3:30 PM or 8:00 AM-4:30 PM .

Essential Duties:

Clean and maintain restrooms, including toilets, urinals, sinks, and floors.
Clean and maintain employee breakrooms.
Sweep and mop production and warehouse floors.
Wipe down containers, equipment, and other plant surfaces.
Ensure work areas remain clean, organized, and safe.
Receive, organize, and store incoming supplies.
Manage uniform inventory and distribution.
Wash, dry, and organize employee uniforms.
Operate a forklift as needed (willing to train, certification is a plus)
Assist with additional housekeeping and facility support duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

Previous janitorial, housekeeping, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
Ability to follow safety procedures and workplace policies.
Forklift experience is a plus.
