ThedaCare is seeking an RN Clinical Nurse with a strong commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care, requiring 2 years of RN experience preferred.

The role involves working in the Prep/PACU unit at ThedaCare Regional Medical Center in Appleton, Wisconsin, focusing on safety and customer experience during surgical and procedural care.

Nurses will be accountable for patient outcomes and are expected to collaborate with an interprofessional team to provide high-quality care.

The position offers a schedule of 40 hours bi-weekly, with varied start times and call requirements, including one holiday call per year.

Summary: The RN Clinical Nurse provides patient-centered, specialized, evidence-based nursing care across the continuum through an interprofessional approach to treatment, research, education, and advocacy. Contributes to the goals of the department by being accountable for the delivery of compassionate and safe care within the scope of practice as defined by the Wisconsin Board of Nursing and ThedaCare policy. Through collaborative practice with members of the care team, is responsible for patient outcomes that meet the high quality of care provided by ThedaCare.
