Enterprise Risk Management Analyst

As an Enterprise Risk Management Analyst, you will evaluate program operations and create reports to support risk-based decision-making. The Candidate will:

1. Provide technical and analytical support to the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Office.
2. Plan, manage, and execute complex assignments in a recognized administrative field supporting agency goals.
3. Analyze and evaluate programs and operations, including newly funded programs and existing NIST laboratory, manufacturing, and research programs, and NIST mission support functions.
4. Apply expertise, judgment, validation, writing, and communication skills to develop and deliver recommendations to senior management.
5. Lead risk interviews with internal and external stakeholders; identify and analyze qualitative and quantitative data sources; and facilitate the participation of agency management and staff in risk assessment and reporting activities.
6. Develop and deliver reports, reference materials, guidance, training, and/or communications; lead projects of notable complexity that impact senior management decision-making; apply initiative, reasoning, and evaluative methods.
