In this contract position, you’ll work onsite in a school setting, providing critical direct and consultative OT services to help students reach their fullest potential. Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in school-based settings
• Strong background in working with middle and high school aged students (ages 13-21)
• Ability to provide both individual and group OT services
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Comfortable with onsite interviews and eager to learn more about the school community before accepting the role

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver approximately 15-17 hours per week of direct OT services, with additional time dedicated to consultations as needed
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting functional independence and participation in school routines
• Track and document progress, attending to administrative tasks and meetings—particularly on Wednesday afternoons, after half-day student schedules
• Foster partnerships with teachers, counselors, and families to optimize therapy outcomes and integrate strategies in the classroom
• Engage in ongoing professional development, staying current on best practices in pediatric and adolescent occupational therapy
