Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

Location: Scarlett Law Group – 80 E. Sir Francis Drake Blvd., Suite 2J, Larkspur, CA 94939
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Scarlett Law Group is seeking a reliable, professional, and motivated Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our Larkspur office. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities and supporting our legal team. Punctuality is essential —the selected individual must be prompt at 8:30 AM daily and remain until 5:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all incoming calls, including prospective clients, current clients, opposing counsel, and vendors.
  • Maintain a courteous, professional, and calm demeanor at all times.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including scanning, filing, copying, and organizing documents.
  • Draft, edit, and format documents in Microsoft Word.
  • Assist with daily office operations and support staff as needed.
  • Learn and master new tasks and responsibilities as they arise.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word .
  • Ability to efficiently scan, organize, and file documents.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
  • Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the firm.
