## Responsibilities

• Assist customers in identifying and sourcing the correct heavy diesel parts for their equipment.

• Maintain an organized inventory of parts and ensure accurate stock levels.

• Provide technical support and advice to customers regarding parts compatibility and installation.

• Process orders and manage transactions efficiently and accurately.

• Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely delivery of parts for repairs and maintenance.

• Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and best practices in heavy diesel parts.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors.

  Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training in diesel mechanics is a plus.

• Proven experience in parts sales, preferably in the heavy diesel industry.

• Strong knowledge of heavy diesel engines and components.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
