Inpatient Licensed Practical Nurse - Rehab Nursing

Job Summary: Administers nursing care for assigned patient population under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse. Provides leadership and collaborates with the healthcare team to promote a world class environment. Maintains high satisfaction levels by providing care with considerationof the individual needs of the patient/family and their age-specific/developmental needs. Collaborates with other team members to evaluate the plan of care with the patient and family/support system to maintain world class levels of patient satisfaction and outcomes. Contributes to a high performance work environment by seeking educational resources that enhance and maintain current knowledge and skills.
