Obstetrics & Gynecology Opportunity

*Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG)* is a 650 provider multispecialty group seeking a full-time (or part-time), board certified or board eligible obstetrician/gynecologist (OB-GYN) committed to a multi-disciplinary team approach to patient care in a significantly underserved community. This is a perfect opportunity for an OB-GYN seeking a more rural style of practice with the support of a large health system and a well-organized multispecialty group practice. The schedule for this position is a traditional workweek plus call and hospital responsibilities, including evenings and weekends. Minimum of 32 patient contact hours per week plus rounding and call. The call requirement is 1/6 shared equitably with other employed OB/GYNs. The clinic and the [Birkeland Maternity Center]( (a 20-bed LDR unit with a spa-like feel and atmosphere) are both located on the campus of [Saint Alphonsus Medical Center - Nampa]( a 100-bed community hospital built in 2017, supported by a strong network of primary care clinics and specialty care providers. Due to the rapid growth in the area, Saint Alphonsus Nampa is currently in the process of a large expansion, which will double the size of the existing hospital by fall 2028.
