What You Will Enjoy Doing

You will ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of nitrogen producing plants at customer sites. Also, you will solve field site issues and operate air separation plants with minimal supervision. Interact with customers across various production plant types, providing guidance, support, and clear communication. Maintain safety, quality, and compliance activities to uphold high standards. Perform routine maintenance and calibrations on compressors, gas analyzers, and control systems. In addition, you will manage time effectively to complete operations, maintenance tasks, troubleshooting, and diagnosing plant problems. Coordinate contractors and resources to support plant activities, audits, and administrative requirements while driving efficiency through strategic planning and project management.

What Makes You Great

You hold a High School Degree; Associate Degree in a technical field preferred with two to five years of operations experience in air separation or similar process control environments. Demonstrate expertise in instrumentation, control, and general maintenance of industrial equipment. You apply proficiency in mechanical and electrical maintenance, including compressors; military engineering experience is highly regarded. Exhibit strong safety awareness and adhere to procedures while troubleshooting, diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing equipment. Further, you understand process control schematics and communicate technical information clearly in verbal and written form. Utilize proficiency with computers, Microsoft applications, and process control systems supported by strong organizational and time management skills. Meet physical requirements including confined space entry, climbing, lifting up to fifty pounds, and working at heights. Be available to work extended hours as business needs arise. Demonstrate flexibility to support weekend, holiday, and call-in coverage. You can ensure a reliable and safety-focused presence during critical operational periods. Bring familiarity with procurement processes and quality control analyzers, thriving in dynamic conditions involving driving service trucks, office work, and physical activity.

Open to salary range $58,451 - $85,729.
