ABOUT THE POSITION

Well-established and growing outpatient company serving the Phoenix, AZ area is seeking a Physical Therapist, new grad or experienced, to join our team in northern Phoenix. We have over thirty successful years in the community and have built a solid reputation by delivering high quality, results oriented rehabilitation services. Our company has led the way in sports medicine and rehab therapy since our beginnings. We provide physical therapy, occupational therapy, industrial rehabilitation, sports performance, fitness, and more to a mostly adult patient population. Services delivered in a 5000 sq ft facility with a full gym and better equipped than most clinics. We are looking for a therapist with strong interpersonal skills and rapport building skills. Patients do not care how much you know until they know how much you care. You will be expected to deliver the full scope of standard physical therapy care. We are a smaller family practice. We treat all staff like a family. We take care of each other. Our benefits rival anybody's and we have a new grad program called "ease into practice" to allow newer grads and those coming back to the profession a chance to acclimate and figure out who they are as clinicians. We work in a team setting with other rehab professionals like OT, CHT's, AT's, PTA's, kinesiologists, etc. Requirements Experience Required: We welcome new grads and experienced therapists. Education Requirements: Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from accredited college. Cert/Lic Required: Current Physical Therapist license in Arizona. Compensation and Benefits Compensation: $80-100k.
