Looking for a full-time sales opportunity with unlimited earning potential? We are hiring immediately for Sales Consultants at Esler Companies | Renewal by Andersen, where our team earns $150,000+ annually through a fully commission-based compensation plan.

As a Sales Consultant, you'll meet with homeowners who have already expressed interest in our premium window and door products. You'll help customers find the right solution for their home through in-home consultations, product demonstrations, and personalized recommendations.

We set our team up for success with paid training, a ramp-up period, pre-set and pre-qualified leads, ongoing coaching, and a flexible schedule. Top performers also earn an all-expenses-paid company trip each year.

At Renewal by Andersen, you'll represent a trusted brand with industry-leading products that homeowners already know and value. You'll focus on building relationships, understanding customer needs, and delivering solutions that help homeowners improve their homes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations and product demonstrations for prospective customers.
• Help homeowners identify the best window and door solutions for their needs.
• Guide customers through the sales process from initial consultation through installation.
• Partner with Installation Managers to ensure accurate project measurements using video technology.
• Generate referrals and build long-term customer relationships.
• Deliver a professional and customer-focused experience during every interaction.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of sales experience.
• Passionate about exceeding customer expectations.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working toward performance goals.
• A confident communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Tech savvy and comfortable using modern tools to support your workflow.
• Adaptable, coachable, and energized by working in a fast-paced environment.
• A valid U.S. driver's license.
• Flexibility to meet customers during evenings and weekends.
