Seven Healthcare are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in Med Surg for a travel assignment in Bridgeport, WV. This position covers 36-bed Post-OP/Oncology/Tele units within an acute care setting, offering a dynamic and rewarding environment for healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse - Med Surg

• Provide care for general MedSurg, Post-OP, and oncology patients with specialized needs
• Administer Heparin drips and manage chest tubes, including PleurX chest tubes
• Interpret telemetry strips using Phillips monitors
• Collaborate with a central monitor tech and other multidisciplinary team members
• Participate in weekend and holiday rotation schedules with permanent staff

Requirements of the Registered Nurse - Med Surg

• Valid RN license
• Minimum of BLS certification (AHA)
• ONS/ONCC (Chemotherapy Biotherapy) certification is a plus
