About the Position

Job Title: ICU Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Intensive Care Unit Duration: Traveler Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2-3 years of ICU experience, with strong self-starter skills and a variety of care experience. CVICU experience preferred. License: Active NH or Compact RN license required at time of submission. Certifications: Current BLS and ACLS required; preferred certifications include TNCC, PALS, CCRN. Must-Have: - Strong ability to work independently and quickly. - Willingness to float between various units including ED and Med Surge with modified assignment. - Comfort with floating to Behavioral Health as needed. - Experience with equipment such as balloon pumps, CRRT, Impella, ICP monitoring, and rapid infuser. Description: Looking for an experienced ICU Nurse for a night shift position. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of ICU experience, with a focus on being a strong self-starter. The candidate should possess experience in a variety of care settings and the ability to work independently and efficiently. CVICU experience is preferred. Nurses will be required to float to other units as necessary. This may include floating to ED, stepdown, med-surg, and behavioral health. Experience with advanced equipment is essential in this role. Candidates must be comfortable with the potential for floating to different facilities within the network.
