We are seeking an experienced Helpdesk Support Professional with 4–6 years of experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with clients, solving a wide range of technical issues, and collaborating with a dynamic, team-oriented group. This position is based in our office and involves frequent communication with clients. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as you will serve as a trusted point of contact for technical support. What does your day/week look like? Provide technical support for Microsoft core business applications, cloud services, and virtual environments Perform remote troubleshooting of workstations, servers, and network infrastructure Manage and support disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity solutions Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot networking equipment, including WAN/LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security systems Implement and support remote access solutions such as VPN, Terminal Services, and Citrix Maintain accurate documentation of hardware, software, processes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on incident status, upcoming changes, and scheduled outages Qualifications Strong team orientation with the ability to communicate effectively in a collaborative environment Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, including professional phone etiquette and active listening Technical awareness with the ability to assess issues, align appropriate resources, and advise clients on effective business solutions Solid troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across a range of technical issues Industry certifications such as Microsoft MCP or CompTIA A+ preferred Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field preferred Working knowledge of Microsoft desktop and server platforms, including Microsoft 365 (Office 365) Experience with Active Directory, DNS, and Microsoft 365 administration Familiarity with Mac OS environments Experience supporting industry-specific applications (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or other AEC tools) Who are We?
