Wellness Director at Cranberry Park at West Bloomfield Location: 2450 Haggerty Rd, West Bloomfield, MI, 48323 Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Wellness Director to join our team at Cranberry Park at West Bloomfield. The Wellness Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the clinical program at our community, planning, coordinating and managing the nursing department, and ensuring the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of nursing care and services provided to the residents. Skills and Qualifications Previous experience as a Wellness Director or Nursing Manager is a plus Strong knowledge of health and clinical principles Confident with managing and training clinical staff Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to develop and implement resident service plans Works closely with resident physicians, pharmacy, and ancillary services Works closely with management and family members to resolve concerns #J-18808-Ljbffr Optalis Health & Rehabilitation Centers
