Radiology Physician

Teleradiology opportunity in Moultrie, GA

• 35 miles to Albany, GA; 60 miles to Tallahassee, FL
• 50,000 person service area
Position Details:
• Full time, permanent opening
• Employed
• Salary: competitive hourly rate and commensurate with experience; open to wRVU payment if preferred
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM Äì 5 PM; opportunity for extra pay for evening coverage 5 PM-9 PM or weekend coverage.
• Call: No call required
• Facility: One center facility with an Emergency Department; Daytime shifts will have an on-site radiologist also working.
• Modalities: must be proficient in and willing to read the following modalities - XR, DEXA, MRI, CT, US; optional modalities include PET and FL.
• Average approximately 80 reads per shift in which 50% are general radiology.

Requirements:
• Completion or upcoming completion of radiology residency or fellowship
• Required Certifications/Licensures: Board-certified physician or board certification eligible (if eligible, must obtain board certification within 5 years); Georgia Medical License or participation in Interstate Medical Licensure Compact
