Store Supervisor - Rockaway

Job Summary Position: Store Manager – Personal & Commercial Banking – Dover, New Jersey (40 hrs, $25.50 – $36.00 per hour) Carry out day‑to‑day supervisory oversight of advice and service colleagues, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and superior customer experience. Key Responsibilities Supervise store operations, teller, and platform functions, delegating tasks and monitoring workflows. Drive operational, customer, and sales objectives; manage cash handling, vault, fraud prevention, and expense control. Lead, coach, and develop team members on customer service, product knowledge, and consultative sales. Engage customers in product and loan conversations, facilitate application intake, and maintain NMLS registration. Handle customer escalations, complaints, and resolution per established guidelines. Ensure compliance with bank policies, regulations, and security requirements. Maintain optimal scheduling, store appearance, and regulatory compliance. Required Qualifications High‑school diploma or GED (undergraduate degree preferred). At least 2years of customer or sales experience, or equivalent. Prior supervisory experience or demonstrated ability to provide direction and coaching. Must maintain NMLS registration and be eligible for mortgage loan originator registration under the SAFE Act. Notary license (preferred). Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Proficient with Outlook, Lotus Notes, Word, and Excel.
