What You'll Do

As a Resident Assistant (RA) or CNA , you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care in our Assisted Living and Memory Care neighborhoods. You will:
• Assist residents with activities of daily living
• Support individualized care plans
• Document care and report changes in condition
• Encourage resident independence and dignity
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment
• Interact with residents with patience, compassion, and a friendly smile
