Outpatient Counselor

Coleman Health Services, a nationally recognized not-for-profit mental health and substance use services provider is seeking an outpatient mental health counselor or social worker to join our team to provide behavioral health care in Warren, Ohio. Candidates must have excellent skills in diagnostic assessments and counseling.

• Annual pay range is $54,000 to $60,000, based on licensure and experience

Job Duties of Counselor/Therapist LPC, LSW, or Higher:

• Diagnostic assessments
• Counseling/psychotherapy for individuals and/or groups
• Referral/linkage with other services
• Documentation on services provided

Qualifications of Counselor/Therapist LPC, LSW, or Higher:

• Master's degree and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Social Worker (LSW) required
• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW)
• Experience working with mental health and substance use disorder preferred
• Have or are willing to obtain NPI and Ohio Medicaid numbers and a CAQH account
