• Provide individualized psychotherapy to clients dealing with mental health complications, specifically in the context of substance abuse treatment.

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans using evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Administer therapeutic interventions that are person-centered and focused on practical solutions for recovery.

• Maintain meticulous and compliant clinical records, ensuring documentation meets both internal standards and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate closely with a treatment team comprised of psychiatrists, nurses, and case managers to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health resources and coping strategies to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Stay abreast of the latest research in mental health and substance abuse and effectively integrate findings into practice to improve treatment outcomes.

You will work with a diverse population of patients from various backgrounds, each with unique challenges related to substance abuse and mental health disorders. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
