We are seeking a Repair Coordinator to join our location in the Americana Manhasset. Responsibilities Serves as primary liaison between customers, sales associates and repair team. Processes customer jewelry and watch repairs; works with vendors regarding repair issues. Communicates instructions for servicing and enters information into the POS system; evaluates items condition and clearly identifies necessary repairs. Maintains organized inventory repair reports and reviews repair tickets for correct invoicing Qualifications/Experience Strong customer service and computer skills.
