Program Assistant: Beneficiary Support & Compliance

The Salvation Army North & Central Illinois Division

The Salvation Army Thrift Store in Indianapolis is seeking a full-time role to manage programs, support beneficiaries, and ensure compliance with center standards. You will coordinate orientations, supervise medication calls, conduct bed checks, and lead beneciary-focused activities on a 2nd shift. Responsibilities include incident reporting, safety documentation, daily data entry, and staff supervision.
