PROMAN Staffing has partnered with an industry-leading manufacturer of metal building materials.
We are hiring for Sheet Metal Machine Operators
Shift: 5:30AM – 2PM
Pay Rate: $20 - $22 /HR
Sheet Metal Machine Operator Summary:
- Load metal blanks into the machine system by hand
- Working from existing production work orders or documenting the orders delivered by the jobsite personnel
- Cut or form semi-finished parts using the Side Shear or Hemmer machine to publish specifications and in a high-quality manner
- Display knowledge of particular machinery by reporting any and all deficiencies and needs
Sheet Metal Machine Operator Requirements:
- Must have a strong mathematical ability
- Must be able to read and interpret charts, specifications, and production schedules
- Must be able to read a tape measure
- Familiar with mechanical principles & basic hand tools
