Our client, in the Blue Ridge Mountains of NC, is seeking a BC or BE emergency medicine (EM) physician to join their exceptional team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a high-acuity, high-volume emergency department in a scenic and vibrant city in the Southeast all while maintaining the flexibility and autonomy of a 1099 independent contractor role. Level II trauma center (transitioning to Level I). High-volume ED: 100,000+ annual visits. High-acuity, high-volume emergency department. Flexible scheduling: 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine (ABEM/AOBEM). Cutting-edge facility.
