You will have a direct influence on the technical design and implementation plan for high‑volume hiring systems. You will work with multiple tech and business teams to build these complex recruitment and onboarding solutions. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
