Our new Field Sales Representatives earn between $40,530 - $51,890+ $20,000 to $100,000, including the salary and our uncapped commission opportunities. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Salary range is dependent on if all sales goals are met and/or exceeded. How you get the job done We’ll kick things off with paid training – setting you up for success to work independently in the field. Coaching, mentoring and ongoing learning opportunities will keep you on track and tech-savvy You’ll connect with our existing customers daily. AT&T will provide scheduled appointments, giving you the opportunity to engage with warm prospects effectively.
