This position serves as direct support for patients and other patrons within the facility at the Recovery Centers. This position uses superior customer service skills to help mitigate situations that may escalate. This Safety Specialist utilizes advanced crisis intervention techniques to maintain a presence of safety, security, and support to the patients and staff, as well as dissuading undesirable or illegal behaviors in and around the Site. This includes monitoring trends and implementing plans for improvement.
