Every Hour Worked Is Paid: Our guaranteed 40-hour, non-exempt employment model compensates every hour worked, including documentation, treatment planning, parent collaboration, team meetings, clinical consultation, and overtime at 1.5x. True Interdisciplinary Care: Collaborate daily with licensed psychologists, mental health therapists, music therapists, art therapists, and experienced clinical leadership. Fair Travel Compensation: Paid travel time for qualifying trips, mileage reimbursement, and hybrid scheduling options.
